Welcome to Iron Baltic US Inc. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Iron Baltic US Inc. Iron Baltic US Inc. operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, products, and services (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Access and Account
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, payment, and shipping information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. Product appearance may vary depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, or vehicle configuration.
We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products, or limit quantities without prior notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products from Iron Baltic US Inc.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment if cancellation is operationally possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, export restrictions, sanctions, or other legal or compliance requirements.
4. Prices, Billing and Taxes
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Displayed prices exclude applicable U.S. sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax regulations.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse in Kansas, United States. If inventory is unavailable in the United States, products may be shipped directly from our warehouse in Estonia or another disclosed fulfillment location.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
6. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that a product is compatible with the specific make, model, model year, configuration, and intended use of their ATV, UTV, snowmobile, trailer, or other vehicle before ordering or installation.
Vehicle manufacturers may change specifications during a model year, and aftermarket accessories or modifications may affect compatibility.
If you are unsure about product compatibility, please contact Iron Baltic US Inc before placing your order.
7. Installation and Safe Use
Products must be installed, inspected, maintained, and used according to the supplied instructions, vehicle manufacturer recommendations, and applicable laws.
Improper installation, misuse, modification, overloading, racing use, failure to maintain the product, or use outside its intended purpose may result in product failure, vehicle damage, property damage, or personal injury and may void an applicable warranty.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, images, technical drawings, videos, text, and other content available through the Services are the property of Iron Baltic US Inc., its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from Iron Baltic US Inc.
9. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
Our Services may include third-party tools or links to third-party websites. Iron Baltic US Inc is not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of third parties.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Limited Warranty
Iron Baltic US Inc. provides a limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, unless a different warranty period is expressly stated on the applicable product page.
This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
Warranty Coverage Does Not Apply To
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper installation or use.
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper operation.
- Product modifications or unauthorized repairs.
- Commercial, professional, rental, racing, competition, or other heavy-duty use where the product was not specifically designed for such use.
- Improper maintenance or failure to follow Iron Baltic installation, operating, or maintenance instructions.
- Corrosion, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by weather, chemicals, road salt, impacts, or other external environmental factors.
Warranty Claim Procedure
A warranty claim must be submitted to Iron Baltic US Inc. by email to us@ironbaltic.com within the applicable 12-month warranty period and no later than 30 days after the defect is discovered.
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- Photographs or videos clearly showing the defect.
- A description of the issue, including when and how the defect was discovered.
- Any additional information reasonably requested by Iron Baltic US Inc. to evaluate the claim.
Products should not be modified, repaired, or further used after a defect is discovered unless instructed by Iron Baltic US Inc., as doing so may affect warranty eligibility.
Warranty Remedies
If a warranty claim is approved, Iron Baltic US Inc. may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law:
- Repair the product.
- Replace the product or defective component.
- Provide replacement parts.
- Issue store credit.
- Refund the purchase price.
- Provide another remedy required by applicable law.
Warranty coverage applies only to the product itself. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, towing, vehicle downtime, rental equipment, loss of use, shipping costs related to installation or removal, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential expenses, except where required by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Baltic US Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, or violate applicable laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws of the United States.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
15. Changes to These Terms
Iron Baltic US Inc may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website with the updated effective date.
